• Maintaining and developing standards of professional conducts and ethics of the Architects, Professional Engineers and Quantity Surveying professions

• Promote learning and education in connection with Architects, Professional Engineers and Quantity Surveying 

To regulate the qualifications and practices of Architects, Professional Engineers and Quantity Surveyors in Brunei Darussalam

• Registration of Architects, Professional Engineers and Quantity Surveyors;
  
• Regulate the qualifications and practice of Architects, Professional Engineers and Quantity Surveyors; 
• Regulation of their conduct and ethics
• Conducting examinations for admission of the professions;
• Development and Promotion of the professions;
• Representing the architectural, professional engineering and quantity surveying profession in any matter at local international levels.
